Hi I’m Paul I set up KAL Building Solutions Ltd after successfully working as site manager working on refurbishments for some of the biggest names including Brewdog, Revolution Bars and Ask Italian to name a few where timescales were tight but always kept to budget and time. Prior to this I worked on the domestic sector ranging from refurbishments to structural works. During this experience high standards of work was achieved in short spaces of time and jobs were always completed on time and I have now followed this method which I've always found lacking previously with jobs running over time and budget due to lack of organisation. We have gone from strength to strength each year and only do one job at a time to ensure full focus on the project, without other distractions and maximum commitment to the client which is tried and tested without fault time and again. We have also invested a lot in quality tools which makes our job easier and helps to do the job more effectively.
