DJ Caister Electrician

With over four decades of electrical expertise spanning from ocean-going research vessels to the London Olympics, DJ brings a wealth of practical knowledge to every job. Apprentice-trained through Derbyshire County Council and qualified since 1982, he holds HND-level qualifications and maintains Part P registration with Napit as a JIB-graded Technician. These days, DJ focuses on domestic electrical work around Derby—smaller projects, fault-finding, and installations—along with the occasional handyman task, drawing on a genuinely diverse career that's taken him from international broadcast events to solar installations and even VSO volunteer teaching in Kenya.
