Fresh Start Decorating CIC
Fresh Start was founded in Leeds in 2020 by decorator Joanna Hartley, who herself had left an abusive relationship in 2016. Having rebuilt her life through her trade, she created the CIC to offer other women the same route to financial independence and stability.
