Ashford Ethical Plumbing Ltd
Ashford Ethical Plumbing was founded in 2016 by Paul and Janet Simmons. Their son has a learning disability and they experienced firsthand the lack of employment opportunities available to him after college. They developed their supported employment model with occupational therapists and now have four employees with learning disabilities in active plumbing roles.
